Hello, here is my first big build with the Multi Profil 3030 System.
I have build an Case for my Printer.
Somebody will thing that is stupid and cost a lot of money.
I thing he is right, look at the part-list for the Case and this is only the Filament and no plate, extra Nutstones and Screws for the housing.
The walls are old election poster.
No energy cost and no construction time....but......
With this i have gain a lot of experience in 3d construction and printer setup.
And after some printing and testing i thing it improve the printer and the printing result.
No cold spots on the heated printing bed and with this less adhesion problems.
Less problems with bending in the cooling.
Less dust problem.
Ready to printing time is shorter.
Bed heading time from 20 to 50 degree in less than 1:50 min.
Here some of the things you should now
Dont place your printer on a wooden board, it will bend from the bedhead in the printing process and have bad influence at the printed thing.
The best underground to place your printer is a sheetrock plate.
Under the sheetrock place a 5cm styrodur (polystyrene) plate.
Fazit: make a case for your printer.
If you have a problem or an improvement for this thing please let me now it.
Sorry for the Thing in this. Thingiverse will let only treads with an *.STL file go online.
