Any rocket is a set of thin-walled shells. The use of bolts
for fastening the shells is not a very good variant:
high contact stresses in the shell, requires the use of reinforcing plates;
overdesigned and weight bolts;
the weakening of the shells, high stress concentration factors, the increase in the error in the calculations of strength...

In many cases it is better to create interface elements by deforming the edges of the shells (as in the figure for the cake molds, nested one inside the other).
This connection can be done in two ways
automatically disconnects when the spacecraft's engine is turned on;
provided with tabs that snap, such a compound becomes a non-separable.

P.S. I understand that this proposal does not fully comply with the conditions. I do not mind that the proposal will not be considered. However, (in my humble opinion) the restrictions must not reduce so greatly the area of choosing the best solutions. In a hyperbolized form: "The rocket body should be made from a single piece of oak and lined with dried snake skins. For fixing snake skins used bronze studs with rod diameter of 0.1 inches and a hemispherical cap diameter of at least 0.5 inch". What is the meaning: Whether engineer must exclaim "What the hell snake skins?!!" or must submissively accept the terms.
