Designed this quick-and-dirty cable stopper with 4 7.5mm square holes to stop my cables from falling through a desk. I put an elongated end on it to allow me to use part of a command strip (double sided foam tape) to adhere it to my desk. It works, and I left the two connectors on top loose, so that I could fit more cables through if I needed to.
Print: 1x base; 2x connector
My print settings (Elegoo Neptune 2):
Layer height: 0.15mm (you could easily do .2mm or even 0.3, but I've only tested it on 0.15)
Material: PLA
You will need some double-sided tape or a command strip to stick it to your desk.
