Here is a very simple cable clip which can be printed with a screw fixing tab (single hole) or nail fixing tab (two smaller holes).
I needed to have a cable running along a wooden ceiling beam so some form of clip was needed. These were printed in ABS for strength and some flexibility.
I ended up using the nail version, two small nails were adequate for securing each of the clips.
To generate, leave one of the following lines uncommented then hit F5 then F6:
CableClipWithNailFixingTabRounded();
or
CableClipWithScrewFixingTabRounded();
You can alter the cable size (the STL samples here are for 7mm diameter) and the opening gap angle. 120 degrees works acceptably, 90 degrees works but is very tight and the cable is pinched too much. Any opening larger than 120 degrees makes the cable too easy to remove.
