These are cabinet-mounted desiccant holders. They are 350mm, or almost 13" wide and 103.5mm (4") high per pair. The mounting holes are 330mm (13") center to center horizontally and 67.5mm (2 ⅝") vertically.
They're designed to keep the individual desiccant beads in the case and be mounted in the space that a normal round spool leaves vacant in a cabinet. They can be filled either flat or mounted. If one uses PETG, they may even be put in the dehydrator. Four 3MM bolts will keep each one closed.
The cabinet are IKEA Billy/Oxford and I think they're great. The 31" wide size permits about 44 average spools and some space for other stuff. https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/billy-oxberg-bookcase-with-doors-black-brown-s99281044/. The 15" wide holds about 20 spools and some stuff: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/billy-oxberg-bookcase-with-door-black-brown-s89287386/.
I sealed them with magnet latches and weatherstripping. I use humidity sensors to monitor my filament.
