This is a C-3PO neck bolt "cap" made to fit over the end of a standard 1/4x20 bolt. If you're using this for a costume I'd recommend using a bolt 1/2" or less along with a t-nut to catch the bolt. Small cap fits over open hole to close the bolt into place. Here's a vid that describes what I mean. Thanks for stopping by!
