I work full-time on an old CNC milling machine with Fanuc control. In the past, button caps fell off the Control panel buttons again and again because they were simply broken due to age. Since the manufacturer charges a little over 1000 € (w.t.f. ??) for a set of new button caps, I took the trouble to measure them and print some myself.
First I printed it out of PETG ... it was a great fit. Unfortunately, the small locking lugs were not flexible enough and always broke off. It looks different with ASA. I sanded something on the contact surfaces with fine sandpaper to prevent hooking and jamming due to the nature of the surface.
Unfortunately I can't say exactly what the buttons are called, so I ask you to measure whether the caps fit before printing.

The basic dimensions in sketch 1 can be adjusted here, all other dimensions are related to this and then change automatically.
STEP:
This file should be editable in any other CAD program (Freecad, OpenCAD, Solid Works, etc.).
I will also upload a PDF shortly, in which all relevant dimensions are noted. These dimensions should be exactly right, otherwise the buttons will hook, jam or fall out (I had a few problems with the dimensional accuracy of my printer)

Ich Arbeite Hauptberuflich an einer alten CNC-Fräse mit Fanuc-Steuerung. In der Vergangenheit sind immer wieder Knopf-Kappen von den Bedinknöpfen abgefallen da sie altersbedingt einfach gebrochen sind. Da der Hersteller für einen Satz neue Knopfkappen etwas über 1000€ (w.t.f.??) verlangt, habe ich mir mal die mühe gemacht diese auszumessen und mir selbst welche zu drucken.
Zuerst habe ich sie aus PETG gedruckt... hat super gepasst. leider waren die kleinen Rastnasen nicht flexibel genug und sind immer abgebrochen. Mit ASA sieht das schon anders aus. Ich habe an den Kontaktflächen etwas mit feinem Schleifpapier geschliffen, um haken und klemmen, aufgrund der Oberflächenbeschaffenheit zu verhindern.
Leider kann ich nicht exakt sagen wie die Knöpfe heißen, daher bitte ich darum vor dem Druck mal nachzumessen, ob die Kappen passen.

hier können in Skizze 1 die Grundmaße angepasst werden, alle anderen Maße stehen hierzu in Bezug und ändern sich dann automatisch.
STEP:
Diese Datei sollte sich in jedem anderen CAD-Programm (Freecad,OpenCAD,Solid Works, etc.) bearbeiten lassen.
außerdem werde ich in kürze eine PDF hochladen, in der alle relevanten Maße vermerkt sind. Diese Maße sollten exakt stimmen, da die Knöpfe sonst haken, klemmen oder hinausfallen (ich hatte hier ein paar Probleme mit der Maßhaltigkeit meines Druckers)
