Okay Guys, After doing my successful work on Building Presets by giving some compositions of buildings in one file, I've decided that why shouldn't I post building models in standalone format. Okay Well, So, I'm gonna present a building model here it is..... 8 Story simple and smallest Apartment with 2 floors reserved for parking and has only 1 elevator, each floor has 2 homes. Lobby is completely opened and exposed. This model is a part of Preset 4.
