This is a case specifically for the BIGTREETECH BTT-TFT35 v.3.0 I designed it to fit inside the vacant hole in my Wanhao Duplicator 9. This however will work just fin in ANY 3d printer if the hole left by removing your old LCD is no smaller than 99mm wide by 52mm high, and no larger than 119mmx68mm.
It requires 4xm3 screws (#6-32 will also work but requires forced tightening to cut threads) approximately 4-6mm in length. Longer screws work with washers or other types of spacers.
The back of the case snaps on and in place by use of a semi-circular cutout along the x axis of the front piece which accepts a semi-circular bump-out in the same location on the back piece. Due to this configuration I recommend slower print settings of 40 or less @ not greater than .2. I use .2 with a .4 nozzle and have good results. YMMV
Once secured the LCD can be hand-held or it will stand at a nice angle on a tabletop making it ideal for virtually any printer, no need to have a cutout to place it in. It does however slip nicely into the cutout of my Duplicator 9 and sits securely enough with access to the USB and SD slot. Access for the wiring in most cases is already cutout but feel free to modify it to specific needs obviously.
The mesh cover for the speaker can be a bit tricky to print. If you have particular trouble with this, I recommend just punching out the hole and printing an insert with a 12mm diameter about 3mm tall with a cap of 13-14mm that has a mesh design of your choosing. Doing so should result in a piece that fits nicely in the hole and also you could print it in another color giving a 2 tone look :)
Enjoy
