This is a replacement for the factory drive sprocket on a Bruder D5 Bulldozer to be used in an RC conversion.
This part accepts M3 socket head bolts to bolt the halves together - a nut shouldn't be required, but the spacer design will accommodate one.
Notes:
The picture shows a small center cog that is no longer used - it was intended to align the parts and take the drive load if they were to be glued. Removed for easier printing.
I'd recommend at least 1.5mm of total wall thickness (I used a 0.5mm nozzle set to 0.525mm line thickness and 3 walls).
Drive gear V3 is 2mm larger than the factory sprocket. It clears the factory parts and drives the tracks much better than the factory size
