print the body, insert the charger. secure the board with a small screw
the small hole on the back of the main body takes a magnet. this should cover the screws head and snap to it.
you can also use double sided glue tape.
now in september 2018 i have a damaged connector on the PCB. To prevent this in future I made a small redesign and added a housing for the micro usb plug.
also the PCB spacing is thinner, so all fits very tight.
And I reduced the total thickness (new Spigen case is a bit thicker, worked so far, but could be better)
main problem for use seems to be a different size of the spool-wired charging pad. The new one is a bit larger than the old one.
So I uploaded the SCAD projects too. Take a dictionary and look at the meanings of the german descriptions.
At the beginning measure the diameter and enter the value as d0.
2018-12-21: Newest version 3 has got a small cutout to make it easier to assemble. With a solid surface it's hard to insert the spool and the wires.
Didn't remember where the micro usb cable came from. Now I've got a second logitech mx ergo trackball and there is this cable again.
