British B-5 Armored Road Train

John Fowler & Company of Leeds, England provided four rugged armored road trains for the British during the Boer War of 1898-1900. More were requested, but as the first two delivered had been stripped of their armor for other uses the request was not honored. Each train consisted of a powerful armored Traction Engine and three or four armored Carts. The carts could carry a field howitzer, ammunition, gun crew, and supplies. The engine was powerful enough to tow additional artillery pieces behind the carts.

The B5 Armored Train consists of fully rigged Poser figures with many operating parts.

(The models were built for Poser but load and operate in DAZ Studio excepting the Road Train compound figure, for which a work-around is provided – see the ReadMe for particulars.)
