Charging pad for iRobot Braava. This is much smaller and compact than the original design. Extra caution should be taken to make sure the contacts do not get wet, hot glue to solder joints can be used to help protect. Wires and connectors should be able to accommodate 1amp.
Assembly:
Print one of each 4 parts. Install dc jack adapter to "DC adapter" before gluing to "main plate" and "rear riser plate." I used 12awg solid core for the contacts. Glue alignment plate onto main plate after print. Run wires-while robot is charging to determine polarity and mark.
Print Notes:
Infill can be as little as 10% with grid support. Wall thickness was 1mm for rigidity. Adhesion-none. Supports required, but utilizes very little. Approximately 45grams total.
