Bowden Tube Cutter - Optimized

I needed a bowden tube cutter - I'd used the one I linked as remix before, but there were unnecessary extra slots.
Also, it lacked the angled "roof" required to prevent the sagging filament from reducing the diameter - which prevented the PTFE tube from being inserted and removed easily.
This uses a 4.1mm hole for the PTFE tube, and a 0.7mm slot for the ultility knife blade.
Fits standard 4mm PTFE designed for 1.75mm filament. Since 2.85 / 3mm is obsolete, I didn't create a version for that. If anyone needs one, please leave a comment.
