Remixed this great flexible-filament-compatible bowden extruder so it takes less post-processing and vitamins to mount on my flsun kossel. (Remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2599755)
Assembly on a flsun Kossel requires only one purchased item:
1x MK7 extruder drive gear. (You will need to calibrate extruder steps-per-mm after the change)
And one post-processing step:
Clean the filament path with a drill (5/64" or around 1.9mm)
Changes made in the remix
mount piece
Pre-drilled for an M4 pneumatic fitting (the bowden tube connector).
Removed two unnecessary overhangs.
clamp piece
An M4 screw replaces an M5 to hold the bearing. If you prefer M5, print the clamp from the original instead. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2599755)
