BOSCH 0 390 201 967 SEAT BELT FEEDER

ABS plastic gear of electric motor BOSCH 0 390 201 967 (Part no. 0 132 004 320). This engine moves a plastic arm with the seat belt on the Mercedes CLK220 / CLK270.

I came across the breaking of the gear pinions, so I decided to construct the model and make 3d printing (infill = 100% | resolution = 0.2mm | nozzle = 0.4mm).

The piece is functional, but with slight changes to apply for greater rigidity.

I leave a new version (2019/11/30) of the piece, with improvements in teeth (upper gear) and increased body diameter. ABS part broken (in upper gear) after one month of use. Meanwhile, I am testing now printing with nylon. Someone printed and tested?
