This is a 3d-printable Book Charkha, a type of spinning wheel used for making string from cotton. This model even works with regular cotton balls!
This includes all the parts for a working book charkha spinning wheel except for the box:

Several Spindle Pulleys
Several Spindle Guards
The Charkha is designed to use 3/32inch steel welding rod as the shafts of the Spindles (because it is incredibly stiff) and for the axles that hold the Pulleys on the Bearing Blocks, and for the hinge pin that attaches the Spindle Holder to the Spindle Holder Base.
