As being constantly under attack by hosting the website that holds the Bombama collectible, I’ve been forced to distribute it through other media.
Bombama 3D printed collectible
Setting the record straight on the 44th president of the US, who was entrusted with the Nobel peace price in 2009 just before bombing Afghanistan, Libia, Somalia, Pakistan, Yemen, Irak, and Syria. His administration armed ISIS and bombed them later, destabilize Ukraine thus world peace and tried to coup Castro and Maduro through Zunzuneo and Hip Hop bands.
Collectible
Afghanistan
The first country attacked by the EE.UU. in the 21st century. Tens of thousand people perished in this prolonged occupation. EE.UU. lost 2200 military and more than 20,000 were injured, plus an undetermined number of "contractors" injured and neglected. Leaving Afghanistan was one of the promises made by Mr. Obama during campaign, but until 2015 the end of military intervention in Afghanistan has only been a stunt, almost like a mantra several times repeated by Mr. Obama in mass media, but in fact the EE.UU. army continues its occupation and most likely it will continue through 2015 and 2016. Despite what Mr. Obama say, what Mr. Obama do is clearly the opposite and its reflected on his own orders: "Mr. Obama's order issued November 2014 allows American forces to carry out missions against the Taliban and other militant groups threatening American troops or the Afghan government, a broader mission than the president described to the public earlier this year, according to several administration, military and congressional officials with knowledge of the decision. The new authorization also allows American jets, bombers and drones to support Afghan troops on combat missions" as stated by The NYT.
Yemen
In October 2000, 17 EE.UU. marines where killed in a suicide attack by al Qaeda against the USS Cole stationed in Aden port (with stinky resemblance of Lusitania and Gulf of Tonkien incident ). In 2010, Mr Obama placed Anwar al-Awlaki, an American imam and allegedly Al Qaeda regional commander, in the list of people the CIA could kill, and so they did using a drone in 2011, along with his son the next day. In 2013 Human Rights Watch documented 6 drone attacks carried out since 2009, identifying 82 casualties which 57 of them were civilians, including children, stating that drone strikes kill more civilians than EE.UU. is willing to admit. In 2014, at least 68 allegedly Afghan militia were murdered in Yemen consequence of an "unprecedented air campaign".
Irak and Syria
In 2003, former secretary of state Collin Powell lied to the United Nations claiming that Sadam Hussein regime had access to "weapons of mass destruction". Later, this claims where considered to be wrongful and even Powell had to recognize it. But that doesn't prevented the Bush administration to conduct a large scale operation that coupe Hussein 3 weeks later. This occupation lead to the later rising of the so called Islamic State, or ISIS, first giving entre to the Sunni fundamentalist force, al-Qaeda in Iraq, which had not existed prior to the U.S. invasion. Al-Qaeda in Iraq would eventually become ISIS, as explained by Robert Freeman. The second step in ISIS's creation, continues the historian, was the U.S. campaign to overthrow Bashar al-Assad in Syria. The third step in ISIS's creation came when EE.UU. organized Saudi Arabia and Turkey to fund and support the proto-ISIS rebels in Syria. Recall that 15 of the 19 identified 9/11 hijackers were Saudis? In short, Sunnis living under the Shi'ite-dominated Iraqi state would rather have Sunni (ISIS) than Shi'ite masters, religious adversaries the U.S. left in power when it was defeated in Iraq. So then again, with the "evildoers" in place it has been bombing as usual.
Pakistan
Drone attack in Pakistan started during George Bush administration, but intensified under Mr. Obama term. Accordingly with the Bureau of Investigative Journalism, EE.UU. launched 390 drone attacks since 2004, 339 took place during Mr. Obama regime. This attacks murdered 4000 people, at least 1000 were civilians. Nawaz Sharif, Pakistan prime minister told Mr. Obama in 2013 that "drone attacks is not only violence against our regional integrity, but also undermines our efforts to eradicate terrorism".
Somalia
In 2007 supported by former Somalia president, Abdullahi Yusuf Ahmed, EE.UU. launched air attacks against Al Qaeda, who were allegedly responsible of the attacks on EE.UU. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania. Sporadic attacks are still performed now a days, although not frequently.
Libia
Most bombing on Libia against Muamar Gadafi were perpetrated by European Union and NATO, but it was EE.UU. who inspired them and supported them in the first strikes. In 2011 Mr. Obama sent an ultimatum to Gadafi forcing him to stop the military efforts against rebels, and reestablishing water, gas and electricity supplies in all zones in the country. The Wall Street Journal documented that CIA participated actively in the search of Gadafi when he escaped. 3 years ahead, the situation in Libia is not better, and the political chaos continues.
The Collectible
In order to set the record straight, we produced the "Bombama" collectible, portraying the 44th president of EE.UU. defined by his actions, not his words, speech and propaganda.
The collectible is 3D printed in ABS and hand painted. The face of the collectible does not resemble much to Mr. Obama, due to the "unexplainable" recent 3D scanning of Mr. Obama body and face, so in order to avoid legal claims we have depicted him close enough, so you get the idea.
