Edit 6/16/2017 (2): Added a 58mm (60mm filter) Nikon 50mm F1.4 lens version of the heart named: Bokeh_Cover_Nikon_58mm_F1.4_60mm_Heart_v2 which fits perfectly on my 60mm B+W UV filter. Not too tight, not too loose.
Edit 6/16/2017: Uploaded a replacement version of the cover. The old version went a little overboard with fillets, so the handle snapped off easily. Only one person downloaded the original version (sorry!), but my hope is, that one person is going to be like "Handle? That's the one thing I hated about this design. It just snaps off? Awesome!" Otherwise, hopefully that person will download this new version, and the handle is not only twice as thick (4mm versus 2mm!) but it's connected 100% around its edges. Whoo!

It was fantastic for making a heart-shaped topping on coffee - or on anything, really! I wouldn't recommend using it on, or near, hot lava. It might melt.
I then looked at it, and it looked a whole heck of a lot like this thing I made out of cardboard and duct tape years ago, to tape over the end of my high-end DSLR to make pin point lights turn into heart shapes!

Of course, the version I made back in 2009 was crude, and cut-out with scissors by a not very dexterous "old." (That's me.)

But seriously, that has nothing to do with this Thing, except I love her, and this Thing helps you make hearts with your camera.
So my subconcious mind put two-and-two (or one-and-one?) together, and decided that I should probably sit-down and revisit my original, sticky (duct tape is super sticky!), poorly-designed, poorly-executed bokeh machine.
This Thing is the result.
Although the Coffee Stencil may look very similar to this thing, I can assure you, I worked directly from an original sketch in Fusion 360, measured the lengths and widths and diameters of my lens and iris using digital calipers, and then went to work.
If you have the current model of the Canon 100mm macro lens shown in this picture, and you print this at either medium (200 µ) or maybe even low (300 u), you should get a decent layer height with "ridges" which, apparently, enjoy holding this cap onto the end of my standard UV filter without any tape or other shim. I was shocked! I measured twice, printed once, and it fit like a glove. Not too loose, not too tight. Your mileage may vary. My UV filter is by a company B+W, but I'm guessing a metal, 68mm screw-on filter for this lens is fairly similar specs-wise, seeing as most of them let you stack filters on top of filters.
Here's what I'm offering:
1) If you love the heart, but for some reason, have a different size lens or whatever, just send me pictures of the end of your lens/filter, give me specs, the make and model of the lens and the filter, and I'll try to work something up for you. If it's a heart bokeh, I will simply add it here as a new version of the cover, with a new name, and the same or similar heart. Please let me know if your lens iris is significantly smaller or larger than the average size, because I think the heart needs to be larger/smaller based on that. Here's a good reference:

2) If you have this lens, and you want a different symbol, please let me know what symbol you'd like. I can make a square. I can make a circle. I could probably make an oval. If given enough time, I could make various stars. But yeah, just come up with an idea, and maybe sketch it out. If you're crafty, send me some form of vector art, and I can then tweak it in Adobe Illustrator, and size it appropriately for this thing. For any non-heart related bokeh items, I will create a new "Thing" and reference them against each other. As this is the first, there will be no referencing...yet.
3) If you want, say, a dog paw print bokeh, and you have a different lens, we'll have to do both 1 and 2 above.
To summarize: New bokeh gets a new Thing, new lens/filter alone sticks with the same bokeh Thing. Yay!
