In Belgium (and other countries), the BOB keychain is a popular keychain as you can get it from the police after successfully completing a breathalyzer test (the chrome one in the picture is one I "won" yesterday, yay, let's copy it ...).
Now here's some guerilla of the purest essence: the BOB keychain design out on the internet so everyone can make their own non-drinking-and-driving prize! And you thought printable guns were a problem?
From Wikipedia:
"The Bob campaign aims to raise awareness of the dangers of driving while intoxicated; drivers with high blood alcohol content are at increased risk of car accidents, highway injuries and vehicular deaths. Alongside the general information that is offered during the campaign, there is an increased police surveillance, especially during the weeks running up to Christmas and New Year's Eve. But most of all, the campaign focuses on a designated driver approach.
The Bob campaign originated in Belgium, in 1995, and the concept has been picked up in the Netherlands, France in 2006, Germany in 2007 and also Luxembourg, and Greece will follow, with every country adapting the formula to their audience.
Some media have spread the rumor that the acronym is derived from the Dutch phrase "Bewust Onbeschonken Bestuurder" which translates to "Conscious Non-Drunk Driver" or 'deliberately sober driver'. Many people since then believe that this is true, but Bob is just a name chosen by the Belgian government."
Thanks Marie for the inspiration!
