This is my comprehensive modifications to Ben's fantastic printer design. I'm including the hot link to the fusion file, and including a placeholder STL file for now - it's much better to use the fusion file for extracting STLs needed. I may add them individually later.
Design changes represented are as follows:
Blind connector based build - all parts are named with the Misumi part config name, which includes where/how the blind holes are made by them - all you then need are the specialty connectors (also parts named by their catalog number). Cross braces are also included.
Revised triple Z axis design - this is version two, which uses amazon.com sourced magnets. I can get the links if people want.
Revised tensioner mounts - I redid them for aesthetic reasons, and also to work with the blind connectors that conflict with the original bolt locations.
Revised top plate for the back drives - as above, there was conflicts with the blind connectors, so they have been modded to resolve the issues.
Optical endstop pieces. Part of the printhead incorporates the lerdge based optical endstop, as well as revised parts for the y endstop. Note the added part on the bottom of the gantry, and on the left top gantry plate.
Reverse Bowden tube retainer
Back chain support
Bed chain support parts
Bed to frame parts (use if your bed design is similar ot mine, with a compression bottom plate)
Duet3 electronic sub assembly frame and cooling platform.
Webcam based on Pi ZeroW and pi camera
Printhead : lots here. This is the modular design that allows for the adaptor mount to be swapped out for other future designs without having to modify or remove the belts, and allows for a future use of the pyr0ball piezo probe. This particular one also is based on the watercooled Kryo and nimble, but you can make your own adaptor mount and easily change the configuration. The parts cooler is in there as well, and the LED light mounts. the optical x-endstop is incorporated in the top chain mount. The back portion is already laid out for the patchpanel I did, as well as the pry0ball piezo controller if people go that route when it comes out.
Hope people find it useful.
