This Thing is NOT intended for printing.
It is a prop, a 3D prop, for designers of printer mods to use as for visualization and dimensioning of mounting holes, etceteras, in their 3D CAD tools.
It is not intended to be a highly accurate model in the sense of detailed fidelity; it is only meant to be dimensionally accurate as to produce desired mechanical interfacing.
The fancy colors and materials are there for my own fun.
A note about length of contact shaft and over-all length:
The BLTouch sensor has two lengths, not one:
Retracted, and Unretracted.
The right placement is where the shaft is about half way between retracted and unretracted, and its tip is level with the hot end nozzle.
To make things easy, for myself and others, I made the contact shaft of a length precisely half way between retracted and unretracted. This way, all you have to do is make sure that the tip of the shaft is level with the tip of the nozzle, and voila!
