I got annoyed with leaning my bikes against the wall so came up with with this bike stand (based off of display stands at bike shops).
I Printed the 95mm size for my Trek 7.2Fx, and the 65 for my Domane 4.3, and both are extremely sturdy.
To determine the size you need stand your bike up and give it a slight lean (I leaned mine against a wall), measure from the ground up to the end of your crank arm.
Before printing, I suggest printing the crank tester piece first, this piece is the size of the full stand, and will allow you to check if your crank will fit in this stand. (And you can obviously re-size it to make it fit your cranks better).
I based this design off of a crank with 15mm depth and 35mm width. My hybrid has a Shimano M191 crank, and I have tested this on my Domane which has a Shimano 105 crank and it fits as well. So it should work for most bikes.
*This is designed to be at an angle when used but flat when printed(to save plastic). The stand should not lay flat on the ground, only the ends of the 2 feet though be touching the ground when standing your bike.
*Max load test I have done was with my hybrid which weighs in around 30lbs. and it held my Domane (currently it's 19lbs) easily. This stand has held both bikes easily, and stopped one from falling over after I bumped into it.
*I hold no responsibility for any damage caused while using this stand. Just because it was able to hold my bikes does not mean it can/will hold your bike at the proper angle. Please test the stand and make sure it will hold your bike up before walking away from your bike.
