Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This multi-level side split level has 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Rec Room, Hobby, expansion space in the basement, a Theatre on the top floor, and an elevator to connect all the levels.
