Bicycle Light Mount for Dropbars

I bought a new headlight for my bike, and it was great. Then I bought a new bike, and it was also great. Putting the two together - not great. The mount the light comes with (and, seemingly most other lights) can't fit on 31.8mm drop bars. I was devastated.

So I spent way too much time designing this modular mount. My light is held securely, but it's still easily removable. The top parts are also removable, so attachments for other lights or other stuff can be designed to work with the bar-clamping parts in the future. Here's to many well-lit rides!

This was specifically designed to work with my Cygolite Metro Plus front bike light, but the system is modular, so adjusting the clamp design will allow some parts to be used for any other attachment on 31.8mm drop bars. Printed on a Markforged Onyx DFM.
