remix of fessyFOO´s Belt Tensioner for Tevo Tornado X and Y-axis (20x40 profile)
The parts are meant to be used with the original pulleys.
The X-axis pulley is a 2part design with 8mm ID and an overallwidth of 10mm.
Insert the spacer (Spacer_-_ID5_OD8_L10) and you end up with a pulley for 5mm axis.
I took some Ikea "cabinet joiner" with 5MM OD and a length of ~24mm, shortened them to 20mm and used them as axis.
The puller is designed accordingly: 5(mm)a(xis)8(mm)b(earing)10(mm)h(ead)
The X-axis Tensioner Case offsets the pulley by 3mm for better belt alignment.
The Y-axis pulley is a 2part design with 4mm ID and an overallwidth of 10mm.
I used 4mm brass rod and M2.5 screws with big heads.
The puller is designed accordingly: 4(mm)a(xis)4(mm)b(earing)7(mm)h(ead)
The Y-axis Tensioner Case offsets the pulley by 6mm for better belt alignment.
The Nuts to make the actual tensioning happen are at 97%,98% and 99% of the original.
