Test to find the best belt tension setting on my CR10S4. I printed the X and Y adjustible screws and did not really know what works best.
This design will test in X and Y direction, and also in 45 degrees diagonal , as well a 2 1/2 circle curves.
I started with a low tension, too low in my opinion and tightened in small increments after every 10mm of Z-height, while printing. That way you can see the different steps and if it has any effect on ringing and other problems.
I found that I needed to lower the tension, compared to what I normally assumed, in order to minimize the ringing on X and Y axis.
This test will also work when you want to test different jerk . speed and acceleration settings if you change those at known and regular heights, while printing.
