The original design for this motor should be credited to John Bedini and Ron Cole. John Bedini is recognized today as an electrical/electronic genius. You can follow this work here: http://www.energyscienceforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=19 It is not my intention to profit from this work. I only wish to spread the knowledge of this work which has been largely ignored by the general public. This Thing represents a tool to learn about radiant or flyback energy.
The electrostatic component of this motor is my attempt to meld two technologies together. My hopes are to gain additional torque/speed for the motor by ionic induction with little to no additional input energy. You can study the work of Oleg Jefimenko to learn about his atmospheric motors that he developed by searching through the internet.
Update: 10/18/2016 The motor is complete running on the Bedini/Cole Full Sequential Bipolar pulse circuit. At this point the design should remain unchanged. I may add some additional parts at a later date.
Parts List: 8 - 1/4" X 1" non magnetic bolts (stainless steel, nylon, or brass) from Lowe's
6 - 6-32 X 1/2" stainless steel bolts from Lowe's
1 - 1/4" round aluminum stock cut to six 2.25" pieces from Lowes
your choice on the magnet wire and pulse circuit...Study John Bedini's circuits

2' of 22 awg stranded wire
aluminum foil and aluminum tape
1 - negative ion generator module that can handle up to a 12V input (can be found on ebay)
4 printed parts. You will need to print two bearing hubs, one for each side.
I printed all of my parts in pla with no problems.

This may be a moderately tough project for most people to build.

10/29/2016- added a project box/base for this Window Motor. All small holes are for 6-32 stainless steel or brass bolts. The rectangle hole is for a toggle switch. I found this one at Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse (http://wedo.hillmangroup.com/item/products-12/rocker-switches/50333-a) that fits perfectly. The large round hole can be used for your power cord from a wall-wart or battery pack. There will be more to come;)
