Here is a new design to replace the filament runout sensor provided by BCN3D with the r19 upgrade kit.
My design uses exactly the same components (coupling collar, teflon tube and switch -Omron SSG 5L2H-) and is by far more compact (30 x 60 x 12 mm), so it allows to place a spool of 1kg of filament!
Tips are welcome, it will encourage me to produce and publish new hardware hacks ... Thanks by advance!
This has been designed with FreeCAD, what a wonderful software ;-)
