In the youtube clip of my last thing i promised "extensions and applications" for the gearbox 256 (check: www.thingiverse.com/thing:2805140). With the following parts you can assemble a large hand-driven BBQ fan. The high impeller speed (2,560 rpm) produces a great amount of airflow. Thanks to the handgrip it’s also much easier to turn the gearbox crank.

Im Youtube-Clip zu meinem letzten thing habe ich "Erweiterungen und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten" für das Getriebe 256 versprochen (siehe: www.thingiverse.com/thing:2805140). Mit den folgenden Teilen kann man ein großes, handbetriebenes Grill-Gebläse zusammenbauen. Die hohe Laufraddrehzahl (2.560 U/min) erzeugt einen großen Luftstrom. Dank des Handgriffs ist es auch deutlich einfacher die Getriebekurbel zu drehen.

The hub includes a clamping function with M4 nuts and grub screws. I noticed during the assembly, that the clamping can be implemented easier by variation of the parts dimensions.

An der Nabe ist eine Klemmfunktion mit M4 Muttern und Madenschrauben vorgesehen. Ich habe während der Montage bemerkt, dass die Klemmung durch Variation der Teileabmessungen einfacher zu realisieren ist.

Don't be confused by the Video. It shows that my fist printed version of the foot holder needed to be glued to the bottom of the gearbox. The thing files already have an improved screw mount (same for gearbox 256).

Bitte nicht durch das Video verwirren lassen. Es zeigt, dass meine erste gedruckte Version des Fußhalters an den Boden des Getriebes geklebt werden musste. Die thing Dateien besitzen bereits eine verbesserte Schraubbefestigung (gilt auch für Getriebe 256).

Tube adapter / Rohradapter - 1 Piece/Stück

Add a metal tube to get some distance to the BBQ Heat. I glued a 330 mm aluminum tube (Ø 30x1 mm) to the adapter.

Ein Metallrohr schafft etwas Abstand zur Grillhitze. Ich habe ein 330 mm langes Aluminiumrohr (Ø 30x1 mm) an den Adapter geklebt.
