This is the belt buckle worn by the Handmaidens of Queen Amidala (and by the queen in disguise) in Star Wars Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace. More specifically it is the Battle Maiden robes of the handmaidens, corresponding to what they are wearing during the attack of the Theed Palace to reclaim it from the Trade Federation.
The buckle is available in two main versions: flat or slightly curved depending on your preference.
For each of the two, there are 2 subversions:
with the back totally empty of features, in order to be able to glue it easily on another off-the-shelf belt buckle.
with a rectangle extruded in the back, in order to craft the buckle system by yourself out of very thick metallic wire (>1mm diameter). If so, as shown on illustrations, you should have a loop on one side of the buckle, and a pin on the other side to go in the hole on the leather belt.
Although the tiny details (the crosses), will not show off on a FDM printer, I included them for people who have access to an SLA printer. For FDM printers, you'll need to add the details afterward, I suggest using a small flat screwdriver, heated with a flame, to punch the crosses in!
Finishing and painting: the buckle is made of a polished metal with silver/iron colours. The surface can also be made with a hammered metal texture. The central symbol should be golden/copper with traces of use showing the gunmetal underneath.
