First of all, I am glad to see (?) that our Chinese friends has copied my design and selling it about $25:

I know my workmanship is not good for this design, this was a rush work but works very well :)

You'll need two of this bar. One as the main bars (dividing into two equal parts, each is 125mm) and the other one will be used as small 15x20mm copper parts.

Various size screws.


If you want to prepare the bar as nut you'll need a M5 tap. Or you can use two M5 nuts for fixing the small copper bar parts to the main bar.


2,5mm or 3mm copper rod as the tip of the pen


For making holes to the tips and other holes, you'll need M2,5, M5 and M6 drill bits.

There is a 5mm hole along the body from switch to the back of the design. This will be used for cable of the switch.
