These are models for plastic inserts to work with Banebot combat robot wheels. These can substitute for the Banebot aluminum hex shaft mount. They are compatible with the existing retaining rings and set screws from the hex mount kit.
They work with .5" retaining rings (like McMaster 97633A200) and 6-32 short setscrews (like McMaster 92158A158).
It is recommended to print with 100% or very high infill. Slow printing is recommended to ensure the teeth details are maintained.
30 teeth model versions are compatible with .080" pitch timing belts (such as McMaster 7887K23). These are perfect for easily making 4 wheel drive systems from two motors!
For the setscrew, you will need to tap the side hole with a 6-32 tap.
