This 25cm figurine is an original model made in Blender and can be printed in 10 parts.
All parts should be easy to print. Support is needed only for braid.stl and tail_top.stl (generate support using your slicer).
The left wing and right wing are exactly the same, except mirrored. Mirror it on your own.
wing.stl has a raft. Cut rafts off after printing.
for attachments, you need:
- 2x 30mm M4 threaded rod section
- 24mm M4 threaded rod section
- 36mm M4 threaded rod section
- 1x 7mm M4 nut
- M4 threading tools (yes, you can thread PLA)
- the included attachment cubes and some glue
- 6mm thick glass stir rod
- piece of wood with a 6mm hole
The nut should fit tightly into the tail attachment. However, if the hole is too small, you can heat the nut with a soldering iron and push it in. If the hole is too big, you can glue the nut in place.
I printed wings in PET-G and everything else in PLA. Turns out braid.stl is also quite weak and you might want to print that in something stronger too.
FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO EXPORT THE MODELS FROM BLENDER
In the BISECT collection are all the bisection objects. Select one of them, go to the Object Data Properties tab, and pick one of the many bisect meshes to get different cuts.
To correctly orient the object, select the "a current orientation" object in the Orientation collection, go to the Object Constraint Properties tab and select one of the orientation objects as the Target.
Before you export the hooves, you need to disable the mask modifier on the body.
