This is a basic automotive trim thumbscrew. Specifically it is intended to go into the rear boot of a Merkur Scorpio to hold the cover over the jack storage area. It is intended to thread into sheet metal hole that has a notch on the edge that is bent so the threaded portion can grab and fit through. You can probably scale this to work for other applications. I printed this at 100% infill with PETG for strength.
