this line is composed of four manual stations and five automatic stations. the automatic station mainly completes the automatic loading and pressing (two kinds of gears) of the motor gear, automatic oiling, ultrasonic welding, laser coding of the final inspection machine and automatic blanking. the design of the whole line is exquisite and simplified, which can be used to produce other door locks. there are various classic manipulators, vibrating plate feeding, jacking mechanism, cam splitter mechanism. the design of the mechanism covers most of the automation design points!
