AUTO-VOX CS-2 Wireless Backup Camera mounting plate for RV. by wt4y

This is a mounting plate to replace the dummy Voyager WiSight plate on my Winnebago Micro Minnie. On my RV there is a proprietary connector under the plate that fits their very expensive backup cameras. I just removed the connector, snipped the two wires (red = 12v, black = ground) and substituted a smaller 2 pin female connector. I installed the corresponding male connector on the wires from the camera. The wires are energized when the running lights are on or when the truck is set to reverse.
The area under the camera holds the power adapter, wifi antenna and wires that came with the AUTO-VOX CS-2 Wireless Backup Camera kit.
On the bottom side, there is a 2mm groove around the top and sides for "O"-ring material, but I used a bead of Dicor EDPM sealant.
To mount the camera, use a standard 1/4 inch stainless steel bolt, nut, flat washer and lock washer. The hex head on the bolt is "captured" so it will not rotate when tightening the nut.
