All Amtel AVR Microcontrollers have what are known as fuse bits. These special bits determine how the microcontroller is configured. Some fuse bits may determine whether an external crystal is used or whether the reset pin for example can be used as a IO pin. In the case of the reset pin, configuring it as a IO pin will prevent the processor from being programmed via an ISP programmer. You may wonder why you might do this. An 8-Pin microcontroller has 5 IO pin and a Reset pin. If you don't need to re-program the microcontroller again, the Reset pin and be configured as a 6th IO port. Sometimes you might just make a mistake and burn the wrong fuses making the microcontroller effectively dead. The AVR HV Fuse Doctor can repair fuses and set them back to factory defaults.
This is a bumper for Atmega Fusebit Doctor (HVSP) by manekinen (https://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-fix-dead-atmega-and-attiny-avr-chips/). It has a DC Panel Socket incorporated so it can be powered by a 12VDC power brick. I created by board using the toner method and soldered the wires from the DC Panel Socket to the back of the board.

Printing
3D print with supports. Drill out PCB mount holes with a 2.5mm drill and create a thread with a 3mm tap. Use M3 x 6mm screws. The DC Panel scoket can be obtained from eBay.https://www.ebay.com/itm/5PCS-DC-Power-Supply-Jack-Socket-Female-Panel-Mount-Connector-3-Pin-5-5-x-2-1mm/264475807135?hash=item3d93fc8d9f:g:P4MAAOSwnK9ZQlwG
