I have been developing this Quad-copter for several months now. I have done extensive testing on the frame and finally got it to the point of publishing it. The main spars of the H frame are made from anodized aluminum drinking straws. They can sometimes be purchased at convenience stores for drinking your favorite frozen drink. I have put together a very easy to print craft that is very rigid and very easy to fly. I know it is not 100% printed but the addition of the aluminum made a huge difference in flight, stability, and looks. In addition the parts are all pretty small.

The anti-vibration layer that is suspended in the center of the frame rails supports flight controller with vibration reduction in the dead center of the frame.
First revision was designed to hold a NAZA M Lite flight controller. It flew excellent. I actually gave that one to a friend and it is still flying today. The current version I added an Eagle Tree Vector. With the Vector I can have GPS and all out OSD. I really love the Vector. I have not tried this with a board style Flight Controller but I am sure you can adapt one.
I machined the aluminum straws on my CNC mill using a setup fixture to be sure the cross holes for the clamping bolts were all on the same plane.
You can purchase the straws already machined by me herehttp://www.ebay.com/itm/-/291535733858
My latest addition was the tilt camera system on the front. This system allows the cameras to look up when doing high speed flights and to tilt way down for landing approach. I fly FPV and tried to incorporate all my wishes into this machine.
Payload testing yielded the ASQ with a 4000mAh battery had no problem flying a full 12oz can of soda around the yard. Still had plenty of lift.
Speed testing provided me with a very impresive 55MPHhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FhCpxSUDKE8
I fly 8X5 HQ Bullnose Props that I purchase fromhttp://www.readymaderc.com
The Q-Brain 20A 4 in 1 speed controller works great in this frame. I am sure you can fit whatever speed controller you want into it but that is what it is designed to hold.
The motors are EMAX MT2216 810KV purchased fromhttp://www.stoneblueairlines.com
I also purchased my radio gear and my Eagle Tree Vector fromhttp://www.stoneblueairlines.com
These guys are really good to work with!
Please feel free to make modifications to this design. Lets work together and make something sweet. If anyone is interested I can add the Solidworks files. I have attached a .pdf of my build sheet. It is a reverse take down of the assembly. It has all the parts for the base frame build on the BOM.
