Art Deco Skyscraper

This is a new project that I am working on. This skyscraper, if it were to be built, would occupy the two blocks between Church and Greenwich streets to the east and west, and Chambers and Warren streets to the north and south in Tribeca, Lower Manhattan. Why did I pick that exact location? Because I felt like it... The building would straddle West Broadway, much like the Manhattan Municipal building to the east and the Helmsley Building in Midtown. The building stands 1,163 feet tall to the top of architectural detail and has a slightly slimmer profile than the Empire State Building. As luck would have it, the site that I have chosen for this building sits atop the Chambers Street Station on the IRT Broadway - Seventh Avenue Line, allowing this building to be directly served by that station.
