Arms with higher/lower tolerance for minimalist quick change toilet paper holder [V2.3b] by rAthus

I designed my minimalist quick change toilet paper holder making the best compromise possible for the arms to move with no resistance but without to much play.
The arms should move freely, but depending on your printer and settings, there can be too much friction, or on the contrary they can be loose and wobbly, so I made alternative versions of them with higher and lower tolerance.
Bigger radius (plus 0.1mm) if your arms are grinding and you need more play.
Smaller radius (minus 0.1mm) if there's too much play and the arms wobble.
Simply print the pair you need and replace the original arms, that's all! :)
