UPDATE: 2/11/2016 - New items added, check below
I have designed this 180mm Quadcopter from scratch straight up using Tinkercad. This is a beta version so some flaws might be present, feel free to remix it just don't forget to credit me :)
Photos are just for a Demo, you can assemble this anyway you like, also with or without the Middle Frame, the arms can only hold 1806 motors and maybe smaller, but i haven't tried that yet, also there is a cutout for the ESCs in the arm.
I made this 180mm because my print bed is pretty small and I love how strong and durable these mini quads are, this takes about 7-9 hours depending on how much infill you want to print with.
Quantity:
1 Bottom Frame
1 Top Frame
4 Arms
1 Middle Frame (optional)
Suggested Parts:
ESCs: http://www.banggood.com/DYS-BL16A-Mini-16A-BLHeli-ESC-OPTO-2-4s-for-RC-Multicopter-p-975796.html (These will fit perfectly)
Motors: 1806 2300KV motors will fit (X or + Mounting)
Smaller motors might work but try at your own risk
Props: ABS or Carbon 3030 Props http://www.banggood.com/Gemfan-3030-ABS-Propeller-Prop-2CW2CCW-4-PCs-For-RC-Quadcopter-p-1005548.htmlhttp://www.banggood.com/Gemfan-3030-Carbon-Fiber-Propeller-Set-CWCCW-For-100-180-Glass-Frame-Kit-RC-Multirotors-p-987468.html
Flight Controller: One that's 36mm x 36mm will fit perfectlyhttp://www.banggood.com/Afro-Naze32-10DOF-Rev5-MPU6050-Flight-controller-p-1007113.html
PDB: this is the one i have mounted in the photoshttp://www.banggood.com/CC3D-Flight-Controller-5V-12V-BEC-Output-Power-Distribution-Board-PCB-p-973352.html
Battery: 2-3S I have a Zippy Compact 1500mah but a 1300mah may fit better
Something with a 60C should work good with the 16A ESCs
UPDATE: 2/11/2016
ADDED 3 Mounts for the top of frame

A Gopro mount, I recommend using short M3 bolts and some matching locknuts to secure mount safely (nylon screws used only for demonstration)

A 22.5 degree tilt designed around this camera ( http://www.banggood.com/600TVL-8_0MP-14-2_8mm-CMOS-FPV-170-Degree-Wide-Anlge-Lens-Camera-PALNTSC-p-984345.html ). I used some 3M double sided tape to secure it to my frame but the lens hole is pretty precise after you clean it out after printing.

A no tilt mount designed around the same camera above. I used 3M tape to secure the camera to my frame with this mount also.
IF YOU GUYS NEED A 45 DEGREE MOUNT LET ME KNOW IN THE COMMENTS AND I'LL MODIFY THE DESIGN AND ADD IT.
Any questions please ask ! Enjoy this frame !
