Parts needed in addition to the 3d printed ones:
40x40x10mm 12V fan
4pcs M3x30 screws
6pcs M3 nuts

Update 01.2019
enlarged fan mounting tabs to about 11mm, to also fit fans that are not exactley 10mm wide.
The case parts are recommended to be printed with 0.2mm layer height for best quality, but can also be printed with 0.35mm layer height.
The rotary encoder knob should be printed with 0.2mm layer height to fit good.
