I printed several mounts and finally decided to do one myself. The cross sections are bulky because I got tired of seeing the plastic bending under the weight of the wiring to the print head. This holder has slots on one side to slide the Arduino board into and a spring latch to catch and prevent it from moving out. There is enough friction that it is unlikely to move out but I thought the latch would be a nice feature. It has a mount for a 1.5" fan on the side to keep things cool.
