the final assembly design of dual robot and dual fixture arc welding workstation includes parts and assembly drawing of catia modeling, stp file and bip rendering file. in the general assembly design of double robot and double fixture arc welding workstation, the two workstations are crossed, so that the robot welding time is synchronized with the workpiece loading and unloading time, which can save the positioner rotation time. in the welding robot system of double fixture slide rail, two pairs of slide rails can be used to feed the welding robot in turn. the fixture is shifted by the positioner to realize the welding of different positions of the robot welding.
