Aquarion Ship segment

This is a cut-out peice of an Aquarion Cruiser. This model has been 100% detailed from the Maintenance shafts right down to the stripped down rifle in the armory. Notable points within the model: (1.) Hallways, The hallways were the most worked on part of the model and everything from computer control auxillary units in the walls to the Engineering panels that have been taken off, were the focus of the model. (2.) The Barracks and Crew quarters on the upper level were important to set the asthetics of the model and show what 'Civil' Aquarion style can be like. (3.) Inbetween the outer hull and the inner compartments are to show how Aquarion ship construction works. (4.) The Armory on the lower level has actual Aquarion weapons including the Assault Lance, Star Shock cannon, Yakuza pistol and Plasma Repeater rifle. The Armory also has a stripped down Plasma Repeater and a tactical command headset resting on one of the work stations. (5.) Last but not least, a common thing on Aquarion ships is the Engineering access to Emergency airlock hatches which usualy contain a space suit for use in EVA Engineering ops. ------ I am very proud of this project and looking back on it, Total work time is about 6 hours.
