Here is my version of the Predator enclosure front door, i am using Carstens rear panel mount design for a full enclosure. The bushings need to be printed in TPU. The door i have tested pla and petg with good results. BL=bottom left TL =top left MLB= middle left bracket MLH is middle left hindge MLS = middle left support, each hindge pin requires 2 nuts to stay tight. the hindge to pin joints require a single sided tpu bushing and the hinge to hinge joints require double sided bushing. to assemble start at the bottom slide plexi in slots make sure it seats all the way down, then bolt the 4 bolts for the MLB and MLS together, then using hinge pin and bushings slide the MLH in place and use a middle hinge and middle hinge pin to secure it each hinge pin requires to nuts tightened against each other to prevent them from coming loose, then slide the TL piece carefully into place you will have to bend the plexi for it to seat all the way down, now install the second middle hinge bushings and pin, the 3 top hinges are identical but the bottom L and right hinges are custom. install the rest of the hinges and bushings and you will have one solid door panel, install the magnets i will add links for them, repeat for the other door, use 8 tnuts and 8 12mm screws m3 or m4 will do for each door. start by attaching the right door it can only be mounted so high before colliding with the touch screen housing. to open the door grab from the bottom center of a panel and pull out it will release the stronger bottom magnet and the top will follow with minimum flex. Acrylic is max 3mm thick 864mm tall x 214mm wide. the middle pieces can be printed on side with no support middle hinge piece with hinges facing up. The top magnets stick to the steel plate the touch screen mounts into, the bottom magnets need either a small bolt washer and tnut or striker plate installed on the rail the magnet is in line with.
