Yup. It's a cylinder.
This is for the free filament spool holder that comes with the Anycubic i3 Mega 3D printer. You'll notice your spool sort of flops around when rolling, causing the extruder step motor unnecessary stress. I didn't want to print the other designs out, because they either required ball bearings and other hardware parts, or they simply don't use the spool holder at all (the acrylic design is cool!). This is simply a plastic roller "bearing" that fits perfectly around the 16mm metal "axle" of the Anycubic spool holder. You'll have to remove the plastic tip from the axle, put on the bearing, and replace the tip. Do a before-and-after test, and you'll notice the spool rolling to be much smoother. This is because you've now raised your spool's center, and added another rolling surface that reduces friction.
I chose an outer diameter of 50mm because that fit various spools I've used. It's exactly 122mm wide and should fit your spool holder without binding. My protoype required some sanding to really round out the outer surface, but you shouldn't have to do that with the updated .stl file. Have fun!
