This is more a collection of what parts I used for the direct extruder mod. I mixed parts from different remixes and made a new pcb holder with drag chain mount point. Here is a list of the parts I printed and additional stuff needed for the mod:
Printed parts – Thank’s going to the designers of the parts mentioned below:
carrier plate with Bltouch support and fan duct:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4299180
belt tensioner:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4361102
pcb-holder with drag chain mount (I combined the pcb-holder from 4299180 with a chain link from 3207171):
At least for the AI3MS you have to cut the middle fin of the upper bearing holder to get the pcb-holder fit in place.
drag chain:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3207171
part cooler:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4732150
Parts to buy:
You need to replace the heater cartridge and the thermal sensor, because the stock parts have to short wires.

thermal sensor (same as stock but different packaging): https://de.aliexpress.com/item/32847452724.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.57c24c4dFoRiKv
23mm extruder driver:https://de.aliexpress.com/item/32768043304.html?spm=a2g0x.12010612.8148356.1.7f8e577asrSmY9

For the connection of the motor you have to find out. The colors on the connector where different than on the stock motor. I tried and found that the colors should match, no matter if they are on a different pin than on the stock motor.
Additional stuff:
6x M3 nuts for the belt tensioner
2x M3x10 screws ISO4762 for mounting the belt tensioner to the carrier plate
4x M3x22 screws ISO4762for the belt tensioning
4x M3x12 screws DIN7380-2 for the cooling fan
1x M4x20 screw ISO4762 for the part cooler
1x M4 nut for the part cooler
I used some of the nuts and screws from the stock hotend housing.
I also bought a glassfiber GT2 6mm belt, to upgrade it since you have to open the belt anyways.
