To be printed one at a time. In A98 shore hardness TPU. Preferably COPPER3D MDFlex so that it is rapidly anti microbial. Tune print settings with a cheaper A98 TPU first so that MDFlex is not wasted.
Alliance 117B spec anti microbial elastic bands can also be used if you want the whole brace assembly to be anti microbial.
Developed by accident, as practise to find working settings for large TPU frame prints in order to complete the final V3 version of the Eye Cu smile concept.
Printed on a bowden setup using a clone titan extruder. I have better direct extruder printers for this. But wanted to find settings that all could use. This was the test case.
Always design for manufacture, not for perfection. 3D printing is a community collaboration, not a competition over who has perfect hardware & calibration.
Top of the print / STL is the one meant to go against a surgical mask, with the base layer pointing away from the face. Specifically chamfered around the nose for comfort in this way.
